Overview
This application allows you to create a journal where the value remains unchanged and occurs on a regular basis. The journal can be held, printed or posted as a normal journal.

Function
Once opened you will view the following Recurring Journals screen:
Use the picker to select a Journal Type. If the journal type does not currently exist, you will be able to create it.
You can click on the 'New Journal' button to create it.
One you clicked on the ‘New Journal’ button you will view the following screen :
Then click on the 'Add Line' button to create a new line.
When you selected the 'New Line' button you will view the following New Journal line screen:
Complete the details as required and click on the 'Save' button to continue
Once your finished and added the new journal line you will see the newly added line in the main screen:
The totals of the journals can be seen in the 'Journal Totals' block:
The 'Edit' icon allows you to edit the recurring journals.
The 'Delete' icon allows you to delete the selected journal line.
The 'Add Line' button allows you to add a line to the selected journal.
The 'Hold/Post' button allows you to put a journal on hold for posting or allows you to post a held journal.
