Overview
This application allows you to create templates of instructions which can be attached to purchase orders. These instructions are usually special requirements that accompany a purchase order. Each purchase order type can have pre-selected templates assigned to it.

Instructions can be printed on purchase orders and only senior staff should have access to this application.
Function
When opened, you will view the following:
Instruction Tab
This tab is used to create, amend, or delete instruction templates.
To create a new instruction; click on the 
button.
Enter the code and instruction name.
Type the detailed instruction in the Instruction Text field.
Click on the 
button to save the instruction.
The 
button will give you the following options:
Order Type Tab
This tab is used to assign instructions to specific order types.
Select an order type from the picker in the Order Type Code field.
The instruction codes are listed in the grid. Each code can be selected or deselected by the selection box next to it. Select the instructions to be linked to a specific order type.
Click on the 
button to save. The following confirmation message will be displayed.
