Overview

The Cost Enquiry web application provides users with quick and detailed access to cost-related data within DeltaERP5.

Function

Once opened you will view the following screen:

 

Select the relevant criteria from the dropdown menu:

 

In the next dropdown menu, choose between 'Matching,' 'Containing,' '≥' or '≤' :

 

Select the value from the dropdown menu:

 

Select the relevant period from the dropdown menu:

You can group the results by ticking or unticking the checkbox next to the relevant options. The available options are:

•Department

•Shaft Code

•Cost Area Code

•Cost Sub Area Code

•Cost Activity Code

•Cost Centre

•Nature Group

•Nature Subgroup

•Nature

•Responsibility Code

Select the Load button to display the results in the grid below.

The grid displays 10 entries by default, and you can navigate between pages using the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom-right corner.

 

 

To view more entries per page, adjust the number by selecting the arrows next to 'Show.'

 

Export the results to an MS Excel spreadsheet by selecting the Excel button.

To reset the search criteria, select the reset icon .
