Overview
The Cost Drilldown web application allows users to explore detailed cost data across various levels within DeltaERP5.

Function
Once opened you will view the following screen:
Complete the fields. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.
Select the applicable period from the dropdown menu:
Select one of the following options from the Options dropdown menu: 'Cost Centre,' 'Nature,' or 'Responsibility.'
Select the budget version from the dropdown menu:
You can choose to include history, labour and/or rollup by ticking or unticking the tick box next to the relevant option:
Select the Load button to display the results in the grid below.
To view the Nature of a specific entry, select the entry and then click the Nature icon 
.
The grid view will adjust to display the Nature information:
The grid displays 10 entries by default, and you can navigate between pages using the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom-right corner.
To view more entries per page, adjust the number by selecting the arrows next to 'Show.'
Export the results to an MS Excel spreadsheet by selecting the Excel button.
To reset the search criteria, select the reset icon 
.
You can toggle the ‘Load Selected’ information displayed on the right-hand side of the screen by selecting the ‘Toggle Tree View’ icon 
.
Open the Search Criteria at any time by selecting the 
button to edit the search criteria and update the displayed results.
Select the back icon 
to return to the previous screen.
