Capital Expenditure & Fixed Assets
The fixed asset register provides for management of all financial assets of the company. This includes creation of new assets through direct capture or capitalizing from a capital project. Capital projects are accounted for separately and DeltaERP caters for projects accounts spanning several financial years. Custom workflow routing can be set up for capital projects, and integration with planned maintenance assets is achieved with a specialised workflow interface.
All fixed asset transactions such as depreciation, impairment and scrapping are IFRS compliant. Transactions are automatically generated from the user's trigger, and posted to the general ledger.
