Overview
Item description change is where new descriptions for items are either approved or rejected. The items awaiting approval will be displayed in the display grid when the application is opened.
Function
Approve a description
Once opened you will view the following screen:
Click on the 
of the specific item description that must be changed in the display grid.
Click on the ‘Save’ button to successfully save the change:
The 
button will generate a new item descriptions report:
The ‘History’ tab displays a history of any item description changes
