Invoice Enquiry

Overview

This application allows users to do supplier account enquiries with extended search and data filtering capabilities on invoices and payment transactions.

Details can be viewed, printed and exported to an Excel spreadsheet as required.

This application also allows for restricted viewing access which can be maintained using the Profile Maintenance application.

Function

When opened, you will view the following:

 

Select the applicable criteria and click on the 'Load' button to load the results:

 

The 'Search Criteria' button allows you to return to the selection criteria and make a new selection or refine your search.

 

The 'Excel' button allows you to export the information to an Excel spreadsheet.

 

The 'Account Totals' button will display account totals as per below:

 

Some of the lines will have a clickable order code which will open the order information in a new tab:
