Overview
Budget Drilldown allows the user to view a drill down of a selected budget type. All the budgeted costs can be viewed for each level as well as a comparison of actual against budgeted values.

Generate a Drill Down
Once opened you will view the following screen:
Select the following criteria:
•Budget Year - select the year of the budget to view using the drop-down arrow.
•Type - select the type, Budget\forecast using the drop-down arrow.
•Version - select the version of the type selected using the drop-down arrow.
•Cost Centre\Nature - select the option to load either Cost Centre or Nature.
Complete the fields. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.
Click on the 
button to generate the results.
The data will be displayed in the display grid below.
Click on the division that you want more detail about :
Unit Costs - comparison between actual and forecasted costs per unit:
To move down the levels either double click on the cost centre\nature line to move one level down
To move back\up one level select the 
button to move back up the levels.
To update the information on the screen, select the 
button.
Select the 
button to export the report to MS Excel
This will allow you to print the detailed report.
