Overview
The Sales Enquiry application allows the user to do various enquiries on debtors and their sales orders. You can print Order Book Reports as well as Sales Order Reports for selected debtors.

Once opened you will view the following Sales Enquiry screen, and your search criteria can then be entered:
The -select- option can be selected according to the following:
The 'Matching' option can be used to sort the records according to the following :
The 'Value' option allows you to select any option from the drop down option after the first two blocks are filled in :
When all the search criteria fields have been entered click on the 'Load' button to retrieve the data. You will then automatically be redirected to the 'Search Results' tab:
You can use the 'Excel' button to export the result to Excel.
You can make use of the 'PDF' button to download the results as a PDF file :
You can then use the 'Load' button to retrieve the data.
Click on the 'Customers' tab to retrieve the relevant customer data:
The 'Sales Orders' tab will show you details of outstanding sales orders for the selected debtor:
From this tab select the 'Print' button to print a Sales Order Report:
From this screen the DocVault can be accessed by clicking on the 'Documentation' tab. You can upload supporting documents for the existing sales orders.
