Overview
This application allows the user to maintain Budget Rates of Exchange, Budget Subsidies, Budget Inflation, Standard Values and Budget Increases.

Function
Once opened you will view the following screen:
Tab Options
Select which tab you would like to go to, or alternatively search in the ‘search tab’ above.
Budget Rates of Exchange
This tab is used to maintain the Budget Rates of Exchange master table. It is applied for the calculation of expat gratuities.
Budget Subsidies
This tab is used to maintain the Budget Subsidies master table. Subsidies are set up per grade of employee. The subsidy value is deducted from the actual account.
Budget Inflation
This tab is used to maintain the Budget Inflation master table. The % (pro rata) is applied over a period of 12 months so that the last month will be inflated by the % chosen for the specific month in the specific budget.
Standard Values
This tab is used to maintain the Standard Values master table. You can use this tab to create or adjust the generic fixed value parameters for the specific budget
Budget Increases
This tab is used to maintain the Budget Increase master table. This tab is used in order to adjust the % employees’ salaries will be increased by and the month the salaries will increase.
Entries can be added by clicking on the 
button
The screen will look as follow when the ‘New Budget Increase’ button is selected
The data can be exported to MS Excel or in PDF format.
